STAR® Card

Visa® Check Card
The First National Visa® Check Card offers the same convenient access to your money as a STAR® Card plus more! The Visa® Check Card makes it convenient and simple to make purchases without the hassles of writing checks or carrying excess cash. The First National Visa® Check Card looks like a credit card and can be used worldwide wherever Visa® is accepted. Because it is a debit card, purchase amounts are deducted directly from your First National checking account. Your monthly bank statement details each transaction by location.

Shop online with confidence with your First National Visa® Check Card today! First National has implemented the Verified by Visa® security program for online purchases. This service can be activated during your next online purchase, through this link, or by calling our Electronic Banking Department at 484-881-4300 between the hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday. Once you have verified your identity you will be asked to create a password for future authorization of online purchases.

Bounce Protection
At times, unanticipated expenses or unforeseen problems can leave you with too little cash in your checking account. Having a check returned due to insufficient funds can be an embarrassing and humiliating experience.

At First National, we want to do our part to save you from the possibility of ever having this occur. That is why we created "Bounce Protection®," a special overdraft protection program for our personal checking account customers.


How does Bounce Protection® work?
As long as you maintain your checking account in good standing, (defined as making regular deposits and bringing your account to a positive balance at least once every 30 days) First National may honor overdrafts up to the Bounce Protection® limit on your account. If you use Bounce Protection®, you should remember that the bank’s normal insufficient funds fee(s) for each transaction will be deducted from your limit. As in the past, the bank will notify you by mail when an overdraft occurs. No interest will be charged on the overdraft balance. Bounce Protection® is a non-contractual courtesy that requires no action on your part. You do not have to sign anything!
